At Big Green Egg, we stand behind the quality of our EGGs and accessories with a commitment to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to enter your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
